Its Saturday September 24th and I am here at the beautiful beachside Doubletree by Hilton hotel in North Miami Beach. I am awaiting the bride and groom. The soon to be Chris and Mirna Ghengeaua! Mirna has employed a harp and violin player and together they made beautiful music for their ceremony. So as the cocktail hour comes to a close the time has come for the introductions. First up coming out to Kool and the Gangs celebration were Mirna's parents and the adorable flower girls. Next up Chris's parents, followed by the bridal party which came out to U2's Beautiful Day. Last but not least the bride and groom come out to Bob Marley's Is This love. And now it was time to move right into the dances. Chris and Mirna chose Christina Peri's A Thousand Years for their first dance as man and wife. For her dance with her father Mirna chose Heartland's I Loved Her First. Chris and his Mother danced to Nat King Cole's Unforgettable. Excellent choices for all and as soon as the dances were done the best man and a friend also had some heart felt words to say to the new bride and groom. David the bride's father said a prayer after which dinner was served. After dinner it was time to cut the cake to the Beatles, All You Need Is Love. As soon as Beyoncé's Single Ladies came on all the ladies knew what time it was! As soon as the bouquet was caught it was time for Chris to do his thing! So after a sexy dance for the bride was completed by the removal of the garter. All the single fellas gathered. As Chris threw the garter to the tune of Queens Another One Bites the Dust, all the fellas dodged the garter like it was acid. Finally the best man ended up with it and was then able to put it on the lucky lady that caught the bouquet. It was a lot fun! Now the time came to dance! We partied the night away with a mix of Salsa, Merengue, Pop and some Romanian music. It was a very fun night and Chris and Mirna are such great people and it was my pleasure to meet and DJ their Wedding. Thank you very much you two, DJ CRISTIAN.
