Gretchen & Tyler McLain celebrated their wedding at the Eau Resort and Spa in Palm Beach, FL on 2/21/2020. The ceremony took place at a nearby church then all of the guests were invited to the hotel for the cocktail hour and reception. Prior to the guests arriving myself and decorated the ballroom with 24 amber, LED, wireless up-lights, dance floor lights, a monogram with their names and the date and our "Open Air" photo booth all provided by Eddie B & Company. As the approximately 100 close friends and family members entered the ballroom I lined up the 10 member bridal party for the grand entrance. Gretchen chose I Gotta Feeling by The Black Eyed Peas as the entrance song for the entire bridal party including her and Tyler. The first dance was to Amazed by Lonestar then Gretchen danced with her dad to Butterfly Kisses by Bob Carlisle and Tyler danced with his mom to What A Wonderful World by L. Armstrong. The toast was given by Mike (best man) then everyone found their seats for a 3 course dinner. Gretchen did provide me with a play list that included top 40, EDM, classic rock, country and oldies. After dinner the dance floor got hot!! This group of guests were energetic and fun to play for. The mix of genres was perfect. As the evening progressed we did have a cake cutting ceremony (no garter/bouquet toss) and I did take a few requests for some 90s hip-hop. The closing song for the evening was Friends In Low Places by Garth Brooks and that put a bow on an amazing Friday night wedding. Congrats to Gretchen, Tyler and the entire McLain and Mey families.
Special thanks to the staff at the Eau Hotel for their 5 star service.
