Wedding Reception at the Eden Ballroom

Caroline and Bogdan Tesileanu celebrated their wedding at the Eden Ballroom in Hollywood, FL on 12/21/2024.  The ceremony took place at a nearby church then all of the 130 guests were invited to the venue for the cocktail hour and reception.  As all of the guests arrived they were greeted with drinks and appetizers at the cocktail hour as I played a mix of easy listening tunes.  Myself and our own percussionist Steve K. set-up inside of the ballroom on a big impressive stage and prepared for the fun reception.  When it was time for the grand entrance, all of the guests found their seats as I lined up the 9 member bridal party.  Caroline chose Finesse by Bruno Mars as the intro song for the bridal party and This Will Be by N. Cole as her and Bogdan's into song.  The first dance was to a mix of Can't Help Falling In Love (Elvis) and I Can't Help Myself (4 Tops) then Caroline danced with her dad to How Sweet It Is by James Taylor and Bogdan danced with his mom to Stand By Me by Ben E. King.  Everyone found their seats and prepared for a 3 course meal and the reception was in full swing.  During dinner the toasts were given by both dad's and by Sarah and Sam (Maids of Honor) and by Greg (BM).  Caroline did provide me with a great play list that included top 40, classic 90s and 2000s dance hits, latin favorites and Motown.  Perfect mix of genres for this very energetic group of guests that only took a break for the cake cutting and family pictures.  The happy couple surprised everyone with a late night snack station and they did have a song request for their grand parents which was Delilah by Tom Jones.  The very anticipated last song was, of course Sweet Caroline by Neil Diamond and that had everyone on the dance floor with Caroline and Bogdan.
