Caterina and Patrick Crean celebrated their wedding at the Embassy Suites in Deerfield Beach, FL on 3/9/2018. The ceremony took place at a nearby church then all of the 90 guests were invited to the Embassy Suites for the cocktail hour and reception. The cocktail hour was held outside by the pool and as everyone mingled and enjoyed drinks and appetizers I played a mix of tropical tunes. I also took the time to decorate the ballroom with 24 lavender colored, LED, wireless up-lights and dance floor lights all provided by Eddie B & Company. As all of the guests entered the ballroom I lined up the 11 member bridal party for the grand entrance. Caterina chose American Girl by Tom Petty for the bridal party intros and I Believe In A Thing Called Love by The Darkness for her and Patrick's intro. The first dance was to First Day Of My Life by Bright Eyes then Caterina danced with her dad to What A Wonderful World by Rod Stewart and Patrick danced with his mom to Better When I'm Dancing by Megan Trainer. The toasts were given by Tim (best man), Pauline (maid of honor) and Beth (matron of honor). All of the guests found their seats and prepared for a 3 course meal. Caterina did provide me with a play list that included top 40, country, Motown and alternative. The dance floor opened up after dinner and the dancing continued until the cake cutting ceremony. Caterina also had a bouquet toss (no garter toss) as the evening progressed. The last song for the evening was Closing Time by SemiSonic and that put a bow on a great Friday night wedding. Congrats to Caterina, Patrick and the entire Crean and Bummara families.
Special thanks to Janeth and her amazing staff at the Embassy Suites.
