Wedding Reception at the Epic Hotel / Miami

Josette and Steven Mazzawi celebrated their dream wedding at the Epic Hotel in Miami, FL on 2/2/2019. The ceremony took place at a nearby church then all of the guests were invited to the Epic for the cocktail hour and reception. Before the approximate 200 guests arrived, Chris and myself decorated the ballroom with 24 amber, LED, wireless up-lights, dance floor lights and our "Open Air " photo booth all provided by Eddie B & Company. As all of the guests entered the ballroom I lined up the 14 member bridal party for the grand entrance. Josette chose We Found Love by Rihanna for the bridal party intros and For Whom The Bell Tolls by Metallica for her and Steven's intro. The first dance was to Can't Help Falling In Love by Haley Reinhart then Josette danced with her dad to Eres Linda by Tito Nieves and Steven danced with his mom to What A Wonderful World by Izzy K. The toasts were given by Joeli (maid of honor), Neman (best man) and Seif (groomsman) then Josette's dad Mr. Prieto gave the welcoming speech. The blessing of the meals was given by Father Damon then everyone found their seats and prepared for a 3 course meal. Josette did not provide me with a play list but she did ask me to play to her guests and to have fun. This was a great energetic group of guests that filed the dance floor after the main course. I played a mix of top 40, latin favorites, funk, disco and 90s hip-hop. There was no cake cutting ceremony but the happy couple did have a garter/bouquet toss as the evening progressed. The last song for the evening was Closing Time by SemiSonic and that put a bow on an EPIC Saturday night wedding at the Epic Hotel!!!! LOL.
