Saturday eve March 19 @ The Harriet Himmel Theater in Palm Beach county is where the Velasquez's celebrated with friends and family with DJ Marc Evans who they requested and had seen me 4 years ago. Guests danced all night long that began with the cocktail hour with a list of 20 song that Dan and Heidi had asked me to play for the cocktail hour. The list included all old time rock bands from Journey, Boston, Led Zeppelin and many others from that era of greatness.
Once cocktails ended and a short video was viewed, I invited all the guests to make there way ingot eh ballroom where we can began the party.
The bridal parry and parents were introduced to Life House Hanging by A Moment and then Fireball for the MOH and BM. Dan and Heidi them cam walking to there Alma Mata song from there High School where they met. Then they proceeded to do the first dance to Wonderful Tonight by Eric Clapton. I then asked all the guests to join them followed by the father daughter and mother son dances to Marry Poppins instrumental and A simple Man by L. Skynard.
The toasts and then the food courses were served so the party could get started and when it did we rocked for three hours straight from every era, every line dance with me on the dance floor teaching and dancing with the guests. The usic list was small bathe songs played were exactly what they wanted as they had seen me before an knew that whatever I was to play the crowd were party hard. Sing along songs for the uncles to the Rolling Stones. Hip Hop for the friends and line dances for everyone. The cake was cut to Crash by Dave Mathews and then the party concluded with Friends in Low places as the guests made there way outside for a sparkler send off.
Both Heidi and Dan hugged me and thanked me for a great evening as the guests stayed all night long and partied with them and DJ Marc Evans.
