Wedding Reception at the Hilton Hotel / Ft. Lauderdale

On Saturday July 26th, 2014 I played for Shannon & Ron Rauh and 160 Family members and friends at the Hilton Hotel on the 17th Street causeway in Ft. Lauderdale. The evening started with a cocktail reception for which I provided a mix of Adult Contemporary tunes from all genres. Then the party started with an introduction of the bridal party into the grand ballroom to "Dynamite" by Taio Cruz. The energy in the room was through the roof, as everyone was up and cheering on each couple as they were introduced. Then I played "Raise Your Glass" and Shannon & Ron made their grand entrance! The room was glowing with Amber LED wireless up lights & LED dance floor lights all provided by Eddie B & Company! The first dance was "This I Promise You" by NSYNC. Our "Strike A Pose" photo booth opened up and the guests enjoyed this service for 4 solid hours! I presented the father/daughter dance to "My Little Girl" by Tim McGraw, followed by the mother/son dance to "My Wish" by Rascal Flatts. Afte dinner the dance floor was rocking immediately! I started off with a mix of 70's & 80's music and progressed forward as the night went on. This group of people came to party, the dance floor rolled for 3 solid hours! I played everything from Classic Rock to Hip Hop! Later Shannon & Ron cut their cake to L-O-V-E by Natalie Cole, and then Ron removed the garter to "Like A Virgin" and tossed it to "Turn Down For What". Shannon tossed her bouquet to "Single Ladies and then the party rocked right up to the last 3 songs, "Closing Time", "Take Me Home Tonight" and finally "Last Dance" by Donna Summer!
