Wedding Reception at the Hilton Hotel / Ft. Lauderdale
Chelsea and Cody Strange celebrated their wedding at the Ft. Lauderdale Hilton on 2/6/2026. Approximately 90 guests arrived to the venue and were invited to the outdoor ceremony on the 5th floor. The cocktail hour was held on the 4th floor as I played a mix of easy listening tunes. I decorated the reception room with 20 LED, wireless up-lights and dance floor lights all provided by Eddie B & Company. The happy couple mingled with their guests until it was time for the grand entrance. Everyone found their seats at the reception then Chelsea and Cody entered to All of The Lights by Kanye West. The first dance was to Stand By Me by S. Wilson then Chelsea danced with Cody's dad and Cody danced with his mom to You're Still The One by Teddy Swims. The prayer before the meal was given by Will (FOG) then several family members gave the toasts during the meals. The dance floor opened up after dinner as I played a mix of top 40, alternative dance hits and EDM. The cake cutting was performed as the evening progressed along with a few couples dances. The closing song for the evening was Feet Don't Touch The Ground by Stoney LaRue as everyone gathered on the dance floor with the happy couple.
