Wedding Reception at the Hilton Hotel / Key Largo

On Dec.10th, 2011 I played at the Hilton Hotel Key Largo Resort. Ricky & Katherine Gombos chose this destination for a great wedding. I did the reception,with amber up-lights we set up for a sunset feeling. Introducing the wedding party to "I Got A Feeling" by B.E.P. got this fun crowd started. Going into their first dance " Love Song" by 311...After it was a couple of toasts and dinner was served. Island vibe music was the choice for dinner. As the guests were finishing up on being served I set up a projector and screen for a touching presentation of a family and friends slide-show.The couple got moved the most because Katherine's dad was confined to a wheelchair. He later thanked me for the showing because it meant alot to him and his daughter....After dinner it was party time and they came to dance...the floor was never empty. From today's top 40 r&b/rap/pop/dance to classic 70's/80's/90's dance .....and a mix of Latin salsa/merengue/reggaton.What a great time.......The happy couple cut the cake during the night to "I Can't Help Myself" by Four Tops....after a dollar dance was on the agenda...Did they have fun dancing to "Dollar Wine Dance" by Byron Lee..Best wishes to Rick & Kat...Thanxs Roberto (D.J./M.C.
