Caitlin and Joe Robertson celebrated their wedding at the Singer Island Hilton in Singer Island, FL on 11/14/2015. The ceremony took place at a nearby church then all of the approximate 80 guests headed to the Hilton for the cocktail hour and reception. As the guests arrived they were treated with drinks, appetizers and a mix of tropical tunes while the happy couple minded and posed for pictures. I took the time to decorate the reception area with 24 pink colored, LED, wireless up-lights and dance floor lights all provided by Eddie B & Company. After the cocktail hour all of the guests entered the reception area as I lined up the 20 member bridal party. Caitlin chose Going Down For Real by FloRida for the bridal party entrance and Shoot to Thrill by AC/DC for her and Joe's entrance. The first dance was to It's Your Love by Tim McGraw and Faith Hill, then Caitlin danced with her dad to Because You Loved Me by Celine Dion and Joe danced with his mom to Don't Let Your Babies by Willie Nelson. The toasts were given after the first course was served. The two maids of honor Andi and Deanna and the best man Steve had the pleasure of giving the toasts then Caitlin's dad Mr. Cox gave the welcoming speech. Caitlin did provide me with a great play list that included top 40, country, oldies, 80's and 90's dance hits and some group dances. After dinner the dance floor filled up quickly!! The mix of genres for this pumped up proud was perfect. As the night progressed we performed the cake cutting ceremony and the garter/bouquet toss. The winners of the anniversary dance were married for 64 years and counting!! God Bless them!! This awesome wedding eventually had to come to an end, and as I played Save The Last Dance For Me by Michael Buble, all of the guests gathered on the dance floor with the happy couple for a huge group hug. What a way to end the perfect wedding!! Congrats to Caitlin, Joe and the entire Robertson and Cox families. Special thanks to the staff at the Hilton for always making sure that everything goes smoothly.
