Wedding Reception at the Intercontinental Hotel

Aruna and Peter Kelly celebrated their wedding at the Intercontinental Hotel in Miami, FL on 1/6/2024.  The ceremony and cocktail hour music was provided by a separate vendor, we were hired for the 5 hour reception only.  I took the time to decorate the ballroom with 25 LED, wireless up-lights and dance floor lights all provided by Eddie B & Company.  As all of the guests entered the ballroom I lined up the 12 member bridal party for the grand entrance.  Aruna chose Cuff It by Beyonce for the bridesmaid's intro, Men In Black by Will Smith for the groomsmen intros and Crazy In Love by Beyonce for her and Peter's intro.  The first dance was to Nervous by John Legend then Aruna danced with her dad to Pump Me Up by Krosfyah and Peter danced with his mom to I'll Be There by The Jackson 5.  All of the guests found their seats and prepared for a 3 course meal while I played a mix of smooth jazz/easy listening tunes.  After dinner the dance floor opened up and it became a non-stop dance party from that moment on.  They only took a quick break for the cake cutting ceremony as the evening progressed.  I also took plenty of requests for more Bollywood and Bangarah styles of music for all to enjoy.  Amazing night had by all and as I played the closing song which was The Time by The Black Eyed Peas, all of the guests gathered in the middle of the dance floor with the happy couple...PRICELESS!!
