Wedding Reception at the Inverrary Country Club

On 12/3/2011 Amor and Evelyne Avhad celebrated their wedding at the Inverarry Country Club in N.Lauderdale FL. I had the pleasure of meeting Amor and Evelyne last year at their company Holiday party.  They contacted Eddie B & Co. soon after and the rest is history.  The guests enjoyed the cocktail hour while Amor, Evelyne and immediate family posed for pictures outside on the golf course.  As I lined up all 24 members of the bridal party all of the guests entered the ballroom and prepared for the grand entrance.  The first 6 couples were aunts, uncles, grandparents and parents of the bride and groom.  They all entered to Love's Theme by Barry White.  The next 6 couples included the groomsmen, bridesmaids, bride and groom entered to Bombay by Timbaland, Amar and Jim Beanz.  They all entered with their hands in the air while all of the guests cheered them on.  Soon after Amor and Evelyne danced to their special song At Last by Etta James.  Amor chose You Raise Me Up by Josh Groban for his dance with his mom and Evelyne chose This Is Home by Switchfoot to dance with her dad.  As the evening progressed Evelyne requested the song Mama by Carrie Underwood as a special dance with her mom.  It was a surprise because she didn't think her mom was going to dance but she sure did.  It was a very touching part of the evening and there were lots of happy tears.  As the 2 courses were being served I played a mix of Kompa, bachata and smooth jazz which were requested by Amor and Evelyne.  They also provided me with a short list of special songs and left it up to me for the heavy dance sets.  We performed the anniversary dance, cake cutting and garter/bouquet toss then the dance floor was filled again.  Everyone danced till the end and the 2 last songs requested by Amor and Evelyne were The Time by The Black Eyed Peas and Time to Say Goodbye by Sarah Brightman and Andrea Bocelli.  A very classy was to end the evening!!  Congratulations to the new Mr. and Mrs. Amor Avhad and have a great honeymoon in Punta Cana D.R.  After all of the brainstorming we did to put this day together...you guys deserve a nice vacation!!!!
