Alicia and John Bassett celebrated their dream wedding at the Jupiter Beach Resort in Jupiter Beach, FL on 3/7/2020. The ceremony was held at a nearby church then all of the approximate 130 close friends and family members were invited to the resort for the cocktail hour and reception. Myself and Chris decorated the ballroom with 24 blue, LED, wireless up-lights, dance floor lights, a monogram with their names and the date and our signature "Mirror Me" photo booth all provided by Eddie B & Company. As all of the guests entered the ballroom I lined up the 19 member bridal party for the grand entrance. Alicia chose Eye Of The Tiger by Survivor for the parent's intros, Shake Your Tailfeather by Nelly for the bridal party intros and Turn Down For What by Lil Jon for her and John's intro. The first dance was to Make You Feel My Love by Garth Brooks then Alicia danced with her dad to The Way You Look Tonight by Adam Levine and John danced with his mom to My Wish by Rascal Flatts. The toasts were given by Melissa (maid of honor) and Jake (best man) then Alicia's dad Mr. Adiemy gave the welcoming speech and the prayer before the meal. All of the guests found their seats and the reception was in full swing. Alicia did provide me with a play list that included top 40, classic rock, 80s and 90s hip-hop and r&b classics. Great mix of genres for this fun/energetic group of guests. They filled the dance floor after dinner and partied hard till the end. As the evening progressed we did have a cake cutting ceremony and the garter/bouquet toss along with a great version of my signature Grease Mega-Mix. The last song for the evening was Closing Time by SemiSonic and that put a bow on a perfect Saturday night wedding!!
Congrats to Alicia, John and the entire Bassett and Adiemy families.
Special thanks to the staff at the Jupiter Beach Resort for always providing 5 star service.
