Wedding Reception at the Key Largo Lighthouse

Tesla and Louis Turner celebrated their dream wedding at the Key Largo Lighthouse in Key Largo, FL. on 4/22/2025.  Approximately 30 close friends and family members arrived to the resort and were directed to the beach-side ceremony overlooking the Gulf.  After a perfect ceremony, all of the guests were invited to the tiki bar for the cocktail hour.  I played a mix of tropical tunes while they all mingled and enjoyed drinks and appetizers.  Tesla and Louis took this time to pose for pictures with immediate family members until it was time for the grand entrance.  I had all of the guests make a big circle on the dance floor as the happy couple entered to Money For Nothing by Dire Straights.  The first dance was to I Need You by Lynyrd Skynyrd then Tesla danced with her dad to Wasted Days by Freddy Fender and Louis danced with his mom to Islands In The Stream by Pardon and Rogers.  All of the guests were then invited to the reception tent for a buffet style dinner, toasts and the cake cutting ceremony.  During dinner, the toasts were given by Cadence (MOH), Jon (BM) and Daniel (brother of the groom) then Tesla and Louis thanked everyone before cutting the cake.  The dance floor opened up after dinner and I played a mix of top 40, country tunes and Motown for everyone to enjoy.  The closing song for the evening was Tuesday's Gone by Lynyrd Skynyrd and that put a bow on a nice Tuesday night keys wedding.
