Wedding Reception at the Key Largo Lighthouse
Veronica and Nick DeLuca celebrated their dream wedding at the Key Largo Lighthouse in Key Largo, FL on 4/15/2026. The ceremony took place at a nearby church then all of the approximate 90 guests were invited to the lighthouse for the cocktail hour and reception. I played a mix of tropical tunes while they all mingled and enjoyed drinks and appetizers. Veronica and Nick posed for pictures with immediate family members then I had everyone make a big circle on the dance floor for the grand entrance. The parents of the bride and groom entered to Beautiful Day by U2 then Veronica and Nick entered to This Will Be by Natalie Cole. The first dance was to Can't Help Falling In Love by Elvis Presley then Veronica danced with her dad to Sweet Child of Mine by Brent Morgan and Nick danced with his mom to A Song For Mama by Boyz II Men. All of the guests were then invited to the reception tent for the toasts, a buffet style dinner and the cake cutting. Father Michael gave the blessing of the meals then during dinner the toasts were given by Jim (FOB), Alex and Mikaela (Maids OH) and William (BM). Veronica did provide me with a playlist that included top 40, classic rock, 80s and 90s dance hits and Italian and Irish classics. These guests had amazing energy from the start and they kept that energy up for the rest of the evening. I took a few requests for couples dances and also for Irish and Italian sing-a-longs. The closing song for the evening was Forever by Chris Brown then some of the guests decided to take a dip in the pool!!
