Wedding Reception at the Key Largo Lighthouse
Taylor and Hunter Colson celebrated their wedding at the Key Largo Lighthouse in Key Largo, FL on 4/21/2026. Approximately 55 guests arrived to the lighthouse and were directed to the beach-side ceremony overlooking the Bay. After the happy couple made it official with a big kiss, everyone was invited to the tiki bar for drinks and appetizers. I played a mix of tropical tunes while they all mingled and posed for pictures with Taylor and Hunter. When it was time for the grand entrance, I had all of the guests make a big circle on the dance floor. The 8 member bridal party entered to The Show Goes On by Lupe Fiasco then Taylor and Hunter entered to I'm A Believer by Smashmouth. The first dance was to Joy Of My Life by Chris Stapleton then Taylor danced with her dad to Give Me Away by Riley Roth and Hunter danced with his mom to My Wish by Rascal Flatts and with his step-mom to Step By Step by Brandon Davis. All of the guests were then invited to the reception tent for a buffet style dinner, toasts and the cake cutting ceremony. The prayer before the meals was given by Will (FOG) then during dinner the toasts were given by Joe (FOB), Calah (MOH) and Stuart (BM). After dinner, all of the guests started making their way back to the tiki bar and the dance floor. I played a mix of top 40, country tunes, classic 2000s jams and fun sing-a-longs for this amazing group of guests. They kept the bartender very busy for the entire evening and also requested a few couples dances. The last song for the evening was Closing Time by Semisonic and that put a bow on another fabulous lighthouse wedding.
