Wedding Reception at the Key Largo Lighthouse
On Saturday, April 8th I was at the Key Largo Lighthouse Beach for the wedding reception of Jason and Lisa. The ceremony took place around 5:00pm just a few feet from the ocean at the property’s Coral Beach outdoor venue. The groom along with his groomsmen and the bridal party walked to the altar to The Avengers Theme Song (wedding version) by Paul Hankinson, followed by Lisa who walked down the aisle to the Wedding March by Mendelssohn. Once the two were pronounced husband and wife, the new Mr. and Mrs. Adams celebrated together while singing Don’t Stop by Fleetwood Mac. The reception area was held on the sand, complete with a swimming pool and a tiki bar. When it was time for introductions, I invited everyone to stand in a large circle under a beautiful pergola as we all welcomed the new Mr. and Mrs. Smith to If You Love Her First by Forest Blakk. Shaun and Shawntee then embraced each other for their first dance to Just the Two of Us by Grover Washington Jr.. During dinner, I played a some reggae and easy listening music while the guests enjoyed their meal and the rest of the night was a party with a mix of 90s hip hop, and dance music for all the guests to enjoy.
