Wedding & Reception at the Key Largo Lighthouse

Emily and Davis Hensley celebrated their dream wedding at the Key Largo Lighthouse in Key Largo, FL on 9/16/2023.  What a nice wedding with great people from Illinois (go PERDUE BOILERMAKERS)!!!!  The ceremony was witnessed by approximately 80 of Emily and Davis' friends and family members then they were all invited to the tiki bar for the cocktail hour.  Everyone enjoyed drinks and appetizers while the happy couple posed for pictures. I played a mix of tropical and smooth jazz tunes while they all mingled.  When it was time for the grand entrance, I lined up the 18 member bridal party.  Emily chose Space Jams by Quad City DJs for the bridal party intros and Crazy In Love by Beyonce for her and Davis' intro.  The first dance was to Forever Like That by Ben Rector then Davis danced with his mom to You'll Be In My Heart by Phil Collins and Emily danced with her dad to a 9 song mega mix that I performed live.  Amazing choreographed dance that Mr. Yakel and his daughter pulled off!!!  All of the guests were then invited to the reception tent for a buffet style dinner with all the fixins.  Both of Emily's sisters (Kaylyn and Jillian) and both of Davis' brothers (Harrison and Justin) gave the toasts that evening.  The cake cutting ceremony has performed after dinner then everyone made their way to the dock to watch Emily and Davis take sunset photos.  The dance floor opened up and it became a dance party for the rest of the evening.  Emily did provide me with a play list that included top 40, country tunes, 80s and 90s hits and dance club favorites.  Everyone had an amazing time and as the evening came to a close I played Sweet Caroline and Good Riddance as the last songs...PRICELESS!!
