Wedding Reception at the Key Largo Lighthouse

Lori and Brian Knowles celebrated their wedding at the Key Largo Lighthouse (West beach) in Key Largo, FL on 10/7/2023.  Approximately 25 close friends and family members arrived to west beach that Saturday afternoon and were invited to the beach ceremony over-looking the Gulf.  The cocktail hour was held at the tiki bar where all of the guests mingled and enjoyed drinks and appetizers while I played a mix of tropical tunes.  Lori and Brian did not have a bridal party intro or any of the traditional wedding formalities.  But they did have a first dance to Can't Help Falling In Love by Elvis then asked me to invite all of the couples to the dance floor.  The buffet style dinner was ready for all to enjoy so they filled their bellies then danced the night away.  I played a mix of 80s, 90s and country tunes as the evening progressed then they had a cake cutting ceremony (no garter/bouquet toss). The closing song for the evening was Good Riddance by Green Day and that put a bow on a nice Saturday night Keys wedding.  Congrats to Lori, Brian and the entire Knowles family.
