Wedding & Reception at the Key Largo Lighthouse

Heather and Bobby Scarpitto celebrated their wedding at the Key Largo Lighthouse West property on 12/27/2023.  This small but fun wedding began with a beach-side ceremony over-looking the Gulf.  Approximately 20 close friends and family members witnessed the happy couple make it official with a big kiss then they were all invited to the tiki bar for drinks and appetizers.  I played a mix of tropical and country tunes while they all mingled and posed for pictures with Heather and Bobby.  When it was time for the grand entrance, I lined up the 7 member bridal party.  Heather chose No Shoes, No Shirt, No Problem by Kenny Chesney as the bridal party intro song also including her and Bobby.  The first dance was to Take Forever by Cooper Alan then all of the guests found their seats at the reception/dinner area for a buffet style meal.  During dinner all of the guests gave Heather and Bobby a mini-roast and they made a few good speeches.  The dance floor opened up after dinner and it was a non-stop dance party until the end.  I played a mix of top 40, heavy country favorites, latin tunes and 90s and 2000s dance hits.  Like I said, small but very fun group of guests that kept the energy going all evening.  They did have a cake cutting ceremony and the garter/bouquet toss as the night progressed but the dance floor was the place to be.  As I played Friends In Low Places by Garth Brooks as the closing song, everyone gathered on the dance floor with Heather and Bobby for a group hug...PRICELESS.
