Cassandra and Nick DeMorato celebrated their wedding at the Key Largo Lighthouse in Key Largo, FL on 4/134/2024. Approximately 75 close friends and family members arrived to the lighthouse and were directed to the beach-side ceremony over-looking the Gulf. Bob Lyons (steel drummer) provided the music for the ceremony and the cocktail hour as we were hired for the 5 hour reception. When it was time for the grand entrance, I had all of the guests make a big circle on the dance floor to receive the happy couple. Cassandra and Nick chose The First, The Last, My Everything by Barry White as their intro song then they went right into their first dance. They chose Something About The Way You Look Tonight by Elton John then Cassandra danced with her dad to My Little Girl by Tim McGraw and Nick danced with his mom to My Wish by Rascal Flatts. The buffet style dinner was ready inside of the reception tent and that is where everyone was invited to go to for the meals and cake cutting. The toasts were given by Frank (BM) and by Maria (bridesmaid) and the dinner reception was under way. The dance floor is next to the tiki bar so after dinner all of the guests made their way over to dance the night away. Cassandra asked me to play to the crowd and to have fun. I played a mix of top 40, classic rock, 80s and 90s dance hits and country. Perfect mix of genres for this very fun/energy filled group of guests. As the wedding came to a close I played I've Had The Time Of My Life from the Dirty Dancing Soundtrack and that put a bow on a fabulous Saturday night Keys wedding.
Congrats to Cassandra, Nick and the entire DeMorato and Molinari families.
Special thanks to the staff at the lighthouse for always providing 5 star service.
