Wedding Reception at the Key Largo Lighthouse

Paula and Nate Skinner celebrated their wedding at the Key Largo Lighthouse in Key Largo, FL on 5/25/2024.  28 close friends and family members arrived to the Lighthouse and were directed to the beachside ceremony over-looking the Gulf.  After the happy couple tied the knot, everyone was invited to the tiki bar for the cocktail hour.  While Paula and Nate posed for pictures, all of the guests enjoyed drinks, appetizers and a few tropical tunes by yours truly.  When it was time for the grand entrance, all of the guests made a circle on the dance floor to receive Paula and Nate.  They chose Raise Your Glass by Pink as their intro song then they went right into their first dance which was Take My Breath Away by Berlin.  Paula then dance with her brother Doug to My Wish by Rascal Flats and Nate danced with his mom to Because You Loved Me by Celine Dion.  The buffet style dinner was ready so everyone made their way to the reception tent.  During dinner several family members gave toasts and speeches then the happy couple thanked everyone for attending their big day.  There was a delicious dessert station and wedding cake for all after the meals.  The dance floor opened up and the reception was in full swing.  I played a mix of top 40, country tunes, 80s and 90s dance hits and Motown.  Perfect mix of genres for this very fun group of guests and as the evening progressed the drinking and dancing continued.  The closing song for the evening was I've Had The Time Of My Life from the Dirty Dancing Soundtrack and that put a bow on a fabulous Saturday night Keys wedding.
