Wedding Reception at the Key Largo Lighthouse

Carrie and Zeldrick Martin celebrated their wedding at the Key Largo Lighthouse in Key Largo, FL on 7/31/2024.  Approximately 60 guests arrived at the Lighthouse that Wednesday night and were directed to the beachside ceremony.  Everyone cheered loudly as the happy couple tied the knot, then they were all invited to the cocktail hour for drinks and appetizers.  I played a mix of tropical tunes while Carrie and Zeldrick posed for pictures with immediate family members.  When it was time for the grand entrance, I lined up the 16 member bridal party.  Carrie chose Finesse by Bruno Mars as the intro song for the bridal party and Let's Get Married by Jagged Edge for her and Zeldrick's intro.  The first dance was to Best Part by Daniel Caesar then Zeldrick danced with his mom to A Song For Mama by Boyz II Men.  The buffet style dinner was ready for all to enjoy so everyone made their way to the reception tent.  During dinner, the toasts were given by Heather and Brooke (MOHs) and Thad and Taylor (BMen) then Carrie and Zeldrick thanked everyone for attending their big day.  The cake cutting and sunset pictures followed after dinner then the party continued on the dance floor. I played a mix of top 40, classic r&b, Hip-Hop and dance/club jams.  Perfect mix of genres for this very fun group of guests that dance the night away.  There was no garter/bouquet toss that evening but Carrie and Zeldrick surprised everyone with a dessert station for all to enjoy.  The closing song for the evening was Tonight by John Legend and that put a bow on a fantastic Wednesday night Keys wedding.
