Wedding Reception at the Living Sculpture Sanctuary

Brandon and David Press celebrated their dream wedding at the Living Sculpture Sanctuary in Davie, FL on 9/15/2019.  The ceremony, cocktail hour and reception are all held outdoors on the beautiful grounds of the sanctuary.  Approximately 50 close friends and family members arrived to the venue and were directed to the ceremony area.  After Brandon and David tied the knot everyone was invited to the cocktail hour for drinks and appetizers.  I played a mix of tropical tunes while everyone mingled and I also set up my DJ booth with dance floor lights at the reception area which are provided by Eddie B & Company.  As all of the guests entered the reception area I lined up the 11 member bridal party for the grand entrance.  Raise Your Glass by Pink was the intro song for the entire bridal party including Brandon and David.  The first dances to Next To Me by Imagine Dragons then Brandon danced with his mom to Unforgettable by Nat and Natalie Cole then David danced with his mom to Do I Make You Proud by Taylor Hicks.  The toasts were given by both best men Jacob and Eric then everyone found their seats and prepared for a buffet style dinner.  Brandon did provide me with a play list that included top 40, classic hip-hop and r&b, alternative and pop.  Great mix of genres for this fun/energetic group of guests.  The dance floor lit up after dinner and the dancing went non- stop until the end.  We did take a small break for the cake cutting ceremony but the dance floor was the place to be that night.  The closing song for the evening was A Little Respect by Erasure and I invited all of the remaining guests to join Brandon and David on the dance floor to sing-a-long!!  PRICELESS!!
