Erin and Tom Egelhoff celebrated their wedding on 4/7/2013 at the Delray Beach Marriott along with 80 of their closest friends and family members. We were only hired for the 4 hour reception so as the ceremony and cocktail hour were taking place, I decorated the main ballroom with 16 lavender up-lights that Erin and Tom included in their wedding package. After the cocktail hour all of the guests were invited into the main ballroom to get the party started. I lined up the 11 member bridal party and they entered to Let's Get It Started by The Black Eyed Peas then Erin and Tom entered to The Way You Make Me Feel by Michael Jackson. The happy couple went right into their first dance which was Can't Help Falling In Love With You by Elvis then Erin danced with her dad to My Girl by The Temptations and Tom danced with his mom to What A Wonderful World by Louis Armstrong. The toasts were given by Clair (maid of honor) and Adam (best man) then Tom welcomed everyone and thanked them all of attending. Erin and Tom did not provide a play list but did ask me to take requests and to make sure everyone had a blast. This was a very fun/energetic crowd that danced for almost the entire evening. After the meals the dance floor got hot. I played a mix of top 40, classic rock, oldies, country, 80's and disco. There was no garter/bouquet toss but Erin and Tom did cut the wedding cake and we had an anniversary dance. Tom and Erin requested that the last song be We Are Family by Sister Sledge. All of the guests made a big circle around them and gave them a group hug. Excellent way to end a great wedding. Congrats to Erin, Tom and the entire Ricksen and Egelhoff families.
