Wedding Reception at the Marriott Hotel / Hollywood Beach

Vellvette and Antoinette Bibbs celebrated their wedding at the Hollywood Beach Marriott in Hollywood, FL on 6/19/2019.  This amazing wedding began with a beach ceremony over-looking the Atlantic Ocean.  Approximately 80 close friends and family members witnessed the ceremony then they were all invited into the hotel for the cocktail hour and reception.  I played a mix of tropical tunes at the cocktail hour while everyone mingled and enjoyed drinks and appetizers.  I also decorated the ballroom with 24 cyan, LED, wireless up-lights and dance floor lights all provided by Eddie B & Company.  As the guests entered the ballroom I lined up the 16 member bridal party for the grand entrance. Vellevette chose Do Watcha Wanna by Rebirth Brass Band for the bridal party intros and Watch Workin' It Fa by New Breed Brass Band for her and Antoinette's intro.  The first dance was to Best Part by H.E.R. then they both danced with their mothers to I'll Always Love My Mama by The Intruders.  The toasts were given by Teresa and Thomas then Carol Bibbs gave the blessing of the meals.  Everyone found their seats and prepared for a 3 course meal.  Vellvette did provide me with a play list that included top 40, r&b, hip-hop and old school jams.  Perfect mix of genres for this fun group of guests.  The cake cutting and bouquet toss (no garter) were performed as the evening progressed but the dance floor was the hot spot.  The highlight of the evening was watching everyone dance to the group dances like The Wobble, Cha-Cha Slide and The Electric Slide.  The closing song for the evening was Tennessee Whiskey by Kourtney White and that put a bow on a great Wednesday night Hollywood Beach wedding!!.
