Emalin and Anthony Parada celebrated their wedding at the Historic Maxwell Room in Ft. Lauderdale, FL on 1/29/2022. The ceremony took place at a nearby church then all of the approximate 100 guests were invited to the Maxwell Room for the cocktail hour and reception. Before the guests arrived I decorated the ballroom with 20 amber, LED, wireless up-lights and dance floor lights all provided by Eddie B & Company. Emalin and Anthony entered the ballroom to Mi Gente by J. Balvin then they went right into their first dance which was Differences by Genuine. Emalin then danced with her dad to Tu Sangre En Mi Sangre by A. Aguilar and Anthony danced with his sister Grace to What A Wonderful World by L. Armstrong. The toasts were given by Jayson (best man) and Diana (maid of honor) then all of the guests prepared for a 3 course meal. Emalin did provide me with a play list that included top 40, Mexican traditional favorites, country and 80s and 90s hip-hop. Perfect mix of genres for this fun group of guests. They danced the night away and only took a break for the cake cutting ceremony and the garter/bouquet toss. Uncle Fred surprised everyone with a special song for the happy couple that he sang (karaoke). The closing song for the evening was Last Dance by Donna Summer and that put a bow on an amazing Saturday night Maxwell Room wedding.
Congrats to Emalin, Anthony and the entire Parada and Salgado families.
Special thanks to Libby and her staff at the Maxwell Room for always providing exceptional service.
