Wedding Reception at the Morikami Gardens

Lexi and Rob Tucker celebrated their wedding at the Morikami Garden and Museum in Delray Beach, FL on 2/1/2025.  Approximately 90 close friends and family members arrived to the Morikami and were directed to the ceremony overlooking the lake.  After a perfect ceremony all of the guests were invited to the cocktail hour for drinks and appetizers on the top level veranda.  I played a mix of smooth jazz tunes as Lexi and Rob posed for pictures with immediate family members.  I also decorated the reception area with 20 LED, wireless up-lights and dance floor lights all provided by Eddie B & Company.  As all of the guests found their seats at the reception area, I lined up the 10 member bridal party for the grand entrance.  Lexi chose Come And Get Your Love by Redbone for the bridal party intros and I'm A Believer by Smashmouth for her and Rob's intro.  The first dance was to Love On The Brain by Rihanna then Lexi danced with her dad to Father and Daughter by Paul Simon and Rob danced with his mom to Beauty and The Beast from the Soundtrack.  The toasts were given by Anne (MOH) and John (BM) then everyone prepared for a 3 course meal.  Lexi did provide me with a play list that included top 40, latin favorites, Motown, Country and oldies.  The dance floor opened up after dinner and it became an all-out dance party until the end.  The cake cutting and the bouquet toss (no garter) were performed as the evening progressed and I also took plenty of requests for more group dances.  The closing song for the evening was This Will Be by Natalie Cole and that put a bow on a nice Saturday night wedding.
