Deena and Adam Lurie celebrated their wedding at the Morikami Museum and Japanese Gardens in Delray Beach, FL on 2/22/2025. This amazing wedding began with a ceremony over-looking the lake. Approximately 80 close friends and family members witnessed the happy couple tie the knot then they were all invited to the cocktail hour on the top veranda. I played a mix of easy listening tracks while they all mingled and enjoyed drinks ad appetizers. Myself and the crew decorated the reception area with 20, LED, wireless up-lights, dance floor lights, a 16'x16' LED dance floor and our "Open Air" photo booth all provided by Eddie B & Company. As all of the guests were invited to the find their seats at the reception, I lined up the 13 member bridal party for the grand entrance. Deena chose Levels by Avicii for the bridal party intros and Let Me Love You by Ne-Yo for her and Adam's intro. The first dance was to a choreographed song then Deena danced with her dad to Step By Step by Brandon Davis and Adam danced with his mom to I Hope You Dance by Lee Ann Womack. The toasts were given by Brett (BM), Alex (MOH), Jessica B (MatOH), Natalie (MOH) and Jessica M (maidOH). A buffet style dinner was ready to for all to enjoy and the reception was under way. Deena did provide me with a play list that include top 40, 90s-2000s hip-hop, classic rock and latin favorites. Excellent mix of genres for this very fun group of guests. The cake cutting and bouquet toss (no garter) were performed as the evening progressed along with an extensive dessert station. Amazing night had by all and as the evening came to a close I played Love Me Like You Do by Ellie Goulding as the last private dance.
Congrats to Deena, Adam and the entire Lurie family.
Special thanks to Alanna and her staff at the Morikami for always providing 5 star service.
