Bobbi and Jim Heom celebrated their wedding at the Morikami Museum and Japanese Gardens in Delray Beach, FL on 3/22/2026. Approximately 60 guests arrived to the venue and were directed to the ceremony overlooking the lake. The cocktail hour was held on the top tier of the property and that is also where all of the guests gathered for drinks and appetizers. I played a mix of easy listening tunes while everyone mingled and posed for pictures with the happy couple. As all of the guests found their seats at the reception area, Bobbi and Jim danced to Fields of Gold by Sting as their first dance. There were no parents dances but Bobbi and Jim took the time to thank everyone for attending their big day. The Fushu Taiko Traveling Drum Show performed during dinner and throughout the reception. Bobbi and Jim did have a cake cutting ceremony along with a few couples dances as the evening progressed. The last songs for the evening were At Last by Etta James and Over The Rainbow by Izzy as all of the remaining guests gathered on the dance floor.
Congrats to Bobbi, Jim and the entire Heom family.
Special thanks to Alanna and her staff at the Morikami for always providing excellent service.
