Jillian and Matthew Passman celebrated their wedding at the Morikami Museum and Japanese Gardens in Delray Beach, FL on 2/8/2025. Approximately 85 guests arrived to the Morikami that Saturday night and were directed to the ceremony over-looking the lake. The cocktail hour took place on the top area of the veranda. I played a mix of easy listening tunes while they all mingled and enjoyed drinks and appetizers. Myself and Alberto also took the time to decorate the reception area with 20 LED, wireless, up-lights, dance floor lights and our "Open Air" photo booth all provided by Eddie B. & Company. As all of the guests were invited to the reception area to find their seats, I lined up Jillian and Matthew for their grand entrance. They entered to I'm Good by David Guetta then they went right into the first dance which was I Knew I Loved You by Dave Moffatt. Jillian then danced with her step-dad to Dance With My Father by Luther Vandross and Matthew danced with his mom to My Wish by Rascal Flats. The toasts were given by Bonnie (Mother of the Bride), AJ (BOB), Zach (BOG) and Josh (friend of the family) then everyone prepared for a 4 station/buffet style dinner. After dinner, the dance floor opened up and everyone got a chance to dance the night away. I played a mix of top 40, classic r&b and Hip-Hop, country and latin favorites. The cake cutting was performed as the evening progressed then Jillian dedicated her bouquet and a special song to her mom...PRICELESS! The song was September by Earth Wind and Fire and that got all of the dancers back on the dance floor. The closing song for the evening was What A Wonderful World by L. Armstrong and that put a bow on a fun Saturday night wedding.
Congrats to Jillian, Matthew and the entire Passman and Rogers families.
Special thanks to Alanna and her staff at the Morikami for always providing excellent service.
