Wedding Reception at the Morikami Museum and Japanese Gardens

Ashley and Jordan Parellada celebrated their wedding at the Morikami Museum and Gardens in Delray Beach, FL on 11/23/2019.  The outdoor ceremony took place in front of the lake then all of the approximate 130 guests were invited to the cocktail hour for drinks and appetizers.  Chris set up our signature "Strike A Pose" photo booth then all of the guests made their way to their tables.  Ashley chose Everything Tonight by Ne-Yo for the bridal party intro song including her and Jordan.  The first dance was to Lover by Taylor Swift then Ashley danced with her dad to Your Song by Elton John and Jordan danced with his mom to Simple Man by Lynyrd Synyrd.  The welcoming speeches were given by both dads then Susie (maid of honor) and Nolan (best man) gave the toasts before the meals were served.  The first of a 3 course meal was served and the reception was in full swing.  Ashley did provide me with a play list that included top 40, latin favorites, club music, alternative and oldies.  Great mix of genres for this fun group of guests.  They really did enjoy the music and also requested some of the newer group dances as they danced the night away.  There was no garter/bouquet toss but they did take the time to cut their beautiful wedding cake and surprised everyone with a sweets table and Cafe A La Cart for their sweet tooth.  Ashley and Jordan also had 50 cheeseburgers delivered as a late night snack from McDonald's...LOL..that was a first!!

The last song for the evening was Closing Time by SemiSonic and all of the remaining guests gathered on the dance floor for a cheeseburger send-off..PRICELESS!!
