Wedding Reception at the Newport Beach Hotel
On Saturday March 28th I had the pleasure to DJ for Kristen and Eric reception at the beautiful Newport Beach Hotel. 130 of their close friends and family members joined them for their special moment. Guests arrived to the ballroom to a great mix of 90’s Dance. Bridal party was introduced to “Empire State of Mind” By Jay Z, The new Mr. & Mrs. Eric Ortiz walked in to “DanzaKuduro”, I invited all of the guests to the dance floor to join the bride and groom for a dance. Mr. & Mrs. Eric Ortiz had their first dance to “ Thank God I Found You” By Mariah Carey & 98 Degrees. Kristen and her father danced to “ Por siempre tu” Christina Aguilera, Eric had a beautiful slide show in memory of his mother followed by a dance with his step mom to “ Song For Mama “ By Boys ll Men. During dinner I played a great mix of R&B. After dinner cake cutting was to “Thinking Out Loud” Ed Sheeran then the party kicked in with some great Salsa, Merengue, Bachata and Dembow as the night progressed I mixed in some Freestyle, Top 40’s and dance mixes these guests was very energetic, the dance floor was packed until last song which was to “Last Dance” Donna Summers.
