Wedding Reception at the Oasis Resort / Islamorada

Amie and Danny Boudreaux celebrated their dream wedding at the Oasis Resort in Islamorada, FL on 10/14/2023.  What a beautiful view of the Atlantic Ocean for the ceremony!!!  Approximately 90 guests arrived to the Oasis and were directed to the beach-side ceremony to witness Amie and Danny tie the knot.  They cheered very loudly as the happy couple made it official with a big kiss.  The cocktail hour followed immediately after and that is where most of the guests mingled and enjoyed some drinks, appetizers and a few tropical tunes.  My trusty assistant, Brandon set up the Open Air Photo Booth for all to enjoy that is also provided by Eddie B & Company.  When it was time for the grand entrance, I lined up the 8 member bridal party.  Amie chose Blurred Lines by Robin Thicke for the bridal party intros and Feel So Close by Calvin Harris for her and Danny's intro.  The first dance was to When We Fall In by Sean Hayes then Amie danced with her dad to Little Miss Magic by Jimmy Buffet and Danny danced with his mom to Perfect by Ed Sheeran.  The toasts were given by Amie's dad Mr. Dooley then Arianna (MOH) and Brian (BM) gave the speeches.  The 1st of a 3 course meal was ready to be served and the reception was in full swing.  Amie did not provide me with a play list but she did ask that I have fun with her guests and to make them dance.  Well my task that evening wasn't hard at all...they filled the dance floor after dinner and it became a non-stop dance party for the rest of the evening.  Unbelievable energy as the evening progressed and they only took a break for the cake cutting ceremony towards the end.  The closing song for the evening was Friends In Low Places by Garth Brooks and that put a bow on a fabulous Saturday night keys wedding.
