Sara and Rene Polanco celebrated their wedding at the Palms Hotel in S.Beach, Miami, FL on 6/13/2026. Approximately 70 guests arrived to the Palms and were directed to the outdoor ceremony at the gazebo. The happy couple made it official with a big kiss then everyone was invited to the cocktail hour for drinks and appetizers. I played a mix of easy listening tunes while they all mingled and posed for pictures with Sara and Raul. I also took the time to decorate the ballroom with 20 LED, wireless up-lights and dance floor lights all provided by Eddie B & Company. When it was time for the reception/dinner, all of the guests found their seats in the veranda while I lined the 10 member bridal party. Sara chose Sugar by Maroon 5 as the into song for the bridal party and A Sky Full Of Stars by Coldplay for her and Rene's intro. The first dance was All My Love by Coldplay then Sara danced with her dad to Yours by Post Malone and Rene danced with his mom to Thought You Should Know by Morgan Wallen. The first of a 3 course meal was served and the reception was under way. During the meals, the toasts were given by Kelsie (MOH) and Elijah (BM). Sara and Rene did also have a private cake cutting and a garter/bouquet toss after the dinner portion of the evening then the dance floor opened up and it became a full-on dance party until the end. I played a mix of top 40, heavy latin classics, country and 80s disco. The energy on the dance floor was contagious that night and as the evening came to a close I played Lovefool by The Cardigans and Can't Take My Eyes Off Of You by Frankie Valli. All of the guests made their way out to the courtyard area for a sparkle-light send-off for Sara and Rene.
Congrats to Sara, Rene and the entire Polanco and Diaz families.
Special thanks to the staff at the Palms for always providing 5 star service.
