Cece and Zach Patton celebrated their wedding at the Pelican Grand Resort in Ft. Lauderdale, FL on 4/19/2024. The ceremony and cocktail hour took place on the 12 floor veranda over-looking the Atlantic Ocean. Cece and Zach made it official in front of approximately 50 close friends and family members that Friday night with a big kiss. I played a mix of tropical tunes at the cocktail hour while everyone mingled and enjoyed drinks and appetizers. Myself and Leonard took the time to decorate the ballroom with 20 LED, wireless up-lights, dance floor lights, a monogram (with their initials) and our "Open Air" photo booth all provided by Eddie B & Company. As all of the guests made their way into the ballroom, I lined up the 14 member bridal party for the grand entrance. Cece chose Party Rock Anthem by LMFAO as the intro song for the entire bridal party (including themselves) then they had their first dance to 18 by One Direction. Cece then danced with her dad to Wildflower by T. Petty and Zach danced with Cece's mom Laura to My Wish by Rascal Flatts. The toasts were given by Leighanna (MOH), Lee (BM) and Cece's parents then everyone found their seats and prepared for a 3 course meal. Cece did provide me with a play list that included top 40, 90s and 2000s dance hits, country and a few latin favorites. Amazing energy all night from this very upbeat group of guests. The cake cutting and the bouquet toss (no garter) were also performed as the evening progressed but it was the dance floor and the Photo Booth that were especially hopping that evening.
The closing song for the evening was Mr. Brightside by The Killers and that put a bow on an amazing Friday night wedding.
Congrats to Cece, Zach and the entire Patton and Palmer families.
Special thanks to the staff at the Pelican Grand for always providing 5 star service.
