Wedding Reception at the Pelican Grand Resort / Fort Lauderdale

On Saturday April 30th, 2016 I had the pleasure playing for Lauren & Troy and 50 family members and friends at the Pelican Grand resort on Fort Lauderdale beach! The ceremony & cocktail hour was covered with live music by a trio of musicians. I started the reception by introducing the bridal party and the newlyweds to "Good Feeling" by Flo Rida! Lauren and Troy chose "Someone Like You" by Van Morrison for their first dance followed by a dance with her father Bob to "I Loved Her First". I also dedicated a song to Lauren's parents Beki & Bob in honor of their 50th anniversary this August. It was "Thinking Out Loud", and I invited all of the married couples to join them! Later the cake was cut to "Marry Me" by Bruno mars and from there on the dance floor rocked to 80's retro, Classic Rock and Top 40 pop hits.....NO RAP or HIP HOP.....Thank you! We ended the night with Time of My Life by the Black Eyed Peas and from there who knows where this party continued! Thank you Lauren & Troy I enjoyed playing for your special day! DJ/MC Eddie B!
