Wedding Reception at The Perry Hotel / Key West
Leslie and Jeffery Schaufert celebrated their wedding at the Perry Hotel and Marina in Key West, FL on 12/12/2025. Approximately 75 close friends and family members arrived to the Perry Hotel that Friday night and were directed to the ceremony area. They all witnessed the happy couple make it official with a big kiss then they were all invited to the cocktail hour for drinks and appetizers. I played a mix of easy listening tunes while they all mingled and posed for pictures with Leslie and Jeffery. When it was time for the grand entrance, I lined up the 17 member bridal party. Leslie chose APT by Rose and Bruno Mars as the intro song for the bridal party and for her and Jeffery's intro. The first dance was a rendition of Can't Help Falling In Love by Leslie's brother Louie then Leslie danced with her dad to This Dance by S.T. Laughridge. All of the guests found their seats then Aunt Maria gave the blessing of the meals. During the 3 course meal, the toasts were given by Levy (FOB), Joan (MOH), Cameron (BM) then Jeffery thanked everyone for attending their big day. The dance floor opened up after dinner as I played a mix of top 40, classic EDM hits, 80s and 90s dance hits and a few country style tunes for all to enjoy. The dance floor and the bar were the place to be that Friday night and as the evening came to a close I played Bye, Bye, Bye by NSYNC and I've Had The Time Of My Life from the Dirty Dancing Soundtrack...Perfect ending to a perfect night.
