On Saturday, May 31st I was at Plantation Preserve Golf Club for the wedding reception of Luz and Brett. The reception room was brought to life by 20 LED blush up lights, provided by Eddie B & Company. When it was time for introductions the Mr. and Mrs. Samson came in singing On Top of the World by Imagine Dragons. The couple then embraced each other for their first dance to Thank God by Kane Brown to show off the choreography they had been working diligently on. Luz’s stepfather then danced with her for the stepfather daughter dance to Isn’t She Lovely by Stevie Wonder followed by Brett and his mother, dancing to A song for my Son by Mattie Henry. Following the parents dances and a thank you from the newlyweds, guests were invited to join the buffet stations for dinner. During dinner, I played a some easy listening and cumbia while the guests enjoyed their meal and after some speeches, the rest of the night was a party with a latin fusion of music spanning multiple decades for all the guests to dance to. Thank you Brett and Luz for allowing me to be a part of your special day. It was an absolute pleasure partying with you and your family. - DJ ELOW
