Jen and Jeff Rollo celebrated their dream Valentine's Day Wedding at the Plaza East Condos in Ft. Lauderdale, FL on 2/14/2015. The ceremony did take place at a church in Ft. Lauderdale then all of the approximate 100 guests were invited to the Plaza East for the cocktail hour and reception. As the guests entered the venue they were greeted with drinks, appetizers and the live steel drum sounds of our very own Mr. Brian Henry. During the cocktail hour I decorated the ballroom with 24 amber colored, LED, wireless up-lights and dance floor lights all provided by Eddie B & Company. All of the guests were asked to enter the ballroom and find their seats for the grand entrance. I lined up the 12 member bridal party who entered to Wear My Hat by Phil Collins along with Jen and Jeff. The first dance was to This Kind Of Love by Sister Hazel then Jen danced with her dad to Butterfly Kisses by Bob Carlisle and Jeff danced with his mom to My Wish by Rascal Flatts. The toasts were given by both dads Mr. Rollo and Mr. Luvison then the first of a 3 course meal was served. Jen and Jeff did provide me with a play list that included top 40, EDM, alternative, 80's and 90's dance hits and ska. This group was by far one of the liveliest crowd I have had all year. They danced to all of the genres and even requested some of the group dances. As the night progressed we did have the cake cutting and the garter/bouquet toss. The closing song for the evening was Without You by Mad Caddies and all of the remaining guests gathered on the dance floor with Jen and Jeff to wish them a great time on their honeymoon. Congrats to Jen, Jeff and the entire Luvison and Rollo families. Another great Valentine's Day wedding!!!
