On Saturday, November 12th I was in Delray Beach, FL at The Ray Hotel for the wedding ceremony and reception of Richie and Melissa. The ceremony took place shortly after 5:00pm in a beautiful room surrounded by windows, overlooking downtown Delray. The reception was held in the same room, brought to life by blush LED up lighting and a Open Air photo booth, provided by Eddie B & Company. When it was time for introductions I invited everyone to stand as we welcomed Mr. and Mrs. Lemon to Let’s Get It Started by Black Eyed Peas. The couple then embraced each other for their first dance to My Person by Spencer Crandall, while dancing on a Cumulus cloud provided by Eddie B & Company. During dinner, I played some cool Jazz and soft pop while everyone enjoyed their meal. After dinner, we kicked the party off with the Hora and asked the newlyweds to celebrate in some chairs lifted high above the guests. The rest of the night was a party I rocked the dance floor with an eclectic mix of latin, hip hop, and other party favorites for all the guests to enjoy. Richie even grabbed the microphone to freestyle for some of the guests. Once the guests were on the floor they did not want to leave. Thank you Richie and Melissa for allowing me to be a part of your special day. You were an awesome crowd and it was an absolute pleasure partying with you and your family. Best of luck to you - DJ ELOW
