Wedding Reception at the Ritz Carlton / Ft. Lauderdale Beach

Angel and Mark Gorman-Mendoza celebrated their wedding at the Ritz-Carlton in Ft. Lauderdale, FL on 5/15/2016.  The ceremony music was provided by a friend and the cocktail hour music was provide by a 9 piece Mariachi band.  We were only hired for the 4 hour reception.  As the approximately 100 guests entered the ballroom I lined up the bridal party for the grand entrance.   The Mariachi band played for the intros then Angel and Mark went right into their first dance which was an 8 minute mix of their favorite songs that they provided for me on a usb drive.  There were no parents dances so Angel's sister Magdalena (best person) and Mark's sister Caroline (best person) gave the toasts before the meals.  Angel and Mark did provide me with a play list that included salsa, disco, top 40, bachata and 80s dance hits.  Great genres for this group...they dance the night away!!!  There was no garter/bouquet toss but the happy couple did cut their beautiful wedding cake then it was back to the dance floor for more dancing fun.  The ballroom looked beautiful that evening.  I decorated it with 24 amber colored, LED, wireless up-lights and dance floor lights all provided by Eddie B & Company.   Angel and Mark requested Last Dance by Donna Summer as the closing song for the evening!!  Great ending to a great wedding!!  Congrats to Angel, Mark and the entire Gorman and Mendoza families.  Special thanks to the staff at the Ritz-Carlton for their 5 star service!!
