Saturday Evening October 14th at the Riverside hotel is where Spencer and Sara became one in front of family and friends overlooking the Las Olas waterway on a beautiful fall day. They exchanged vows and rings and were pronounced husband and wife by Sara's Uncle Hawk.
Spencer and the bridal party walked down the aisle to Daniel Jang, Can't Help Falling in Love. Sara and her Dad walked down the aisle to Heaven by Tickled Ivories. When the ceremony concluded, Sara and Spencer walked down the aisle as husband and wife to Good Life by One Republic.
Cocktail hour was held on the balcony over looking Ft. Lauderdale. The genre was as I call it, dinner swing. From Frank to Dean some jazz, Reggae and Steel Drum.
Once the main room was opened guests entered as I lined up the bridal party and introduced the parents along with the Uncle to Crazy in Love, then the groomsmen to Thunderstruck and the Bridesmaids to Girls, Girls, Girls. Spencer escorted Sara into the room to Still Into You.
The first dance was to Say You Won't Let Go, by James Arthur. Sara dance with her Dad to I loved Her First and then Spencer danced with his mom to Mama's Boy By Tyler James.
Guests found there seats for the toast, Salad and Dinner.
Then the party got going with top 40 dance music and music from all genres. No line dance so Sara and Spencer relied on me to keep it going all night long.
At the end of the evening, Sara and Spencer approached me and thanked me for the great music that kept family and friends partying until the last songs, Shook Me All Night Long along, Don't Stop Believing and Closing Time. Congrats and have fun in Alaska...from DJ Marc Evans
