Wedding Reception at the Sea Watch Restaurant
Stephanie and Ariel Gomez celebrated their wedding at the Sea Watch Restaurant in Ft. Lauderdale, FL on 10/23/2016. This was an early Sunday afternoon wedding that began with a beautiful outdoor ceremony overlooking the Atlantic Ocean. Approximately 50 close friends and family members witnessed the happy couple tie the knot and seal their love with a big kiss. After the ceremony all of the guests headed to the ballroom for the cocktail hour and reception. I played a mix of tropical tunes while Stephanie and Ariel posed for pictures and all of the guests mingled and enjoyed drinks and appetizers. This was a very laid back/relaxing brunch style wedding. Not to many guests danced but they did enjoy the food and the view of the beach. There was no garter/bouquet toss but they did take the time to cut their beautiful wedding cake. Stephanie did provide me with a short play list that included top 40, 90s dance hits, latin classics and classic rock. The guests that did dance really enjoyed themselves that afternoon. Ariel requested that I play Always Be My Baby by Maria Carey as the closing song for himself and his new bride. All of the guests joined them on the dance floor for a nice send off. Congrats to Stephanie, Ariel and the entire Gomez, Rodriguez and Kalgstein families. Special thanks to the staff at the Sea Watch for always providing great service.
