Wedding Reception at the Sheraton Hotel / Key West

Myalee and Brian Gagnon celebrated their dream destination wedding at the Sheraton Key West in Key West, FL on 10/18/2015.  The ceremony and cocktail hour music was provided by a friend of the family.  We were only hired for the 3 hour reception.  Approximately 50 close friends and family members were invited to the reception area right after the cocktail hour for the grand entrance.  I lined up the 12 member bridal party as all of the guests found their seats.  Myalee chose I Gotta Feeling by The Black Eyed Peas for the bridal party entrance and Let's Get It Started also by The Black Eyed Peas for her and Brian's entrance.  The first dance was to A Thousand Years by Christina Perry then they combined the parents dances to All Because Of You by Jimmy Scott.  The toasts were given by Fatima (bridesmaid), Menchie (maid of honor) and Nick (best man).  Brian also gave a little welcome speech and thanked everyone for attending their big day.  Most of the guests traveled from Maryland including Myalee and Brian.  After all of the guests enjoyed a 4 station buffet, the dance floor opened up and the party/dancing began.  Myalee did provide me with a play list that included top 40, alternative, 80's and 90's dance hits and old school.  The guests really enjoyed the mix of genres and even requested a few group dances.  The cake cutting and the bouquet toss (only) were performed as the night progressed then Brian dedicated a special song to his new family.  The song was What A Wonderful World by L. Armstrong and that was also the closing song.  All of the guests gathered on the dance floor to wish Myalee and Brian good luck on their honeymoon to the Philippines!!!  Congrats to Myalee, Brian and the entire Gagnon family.  Special thanks to the staff and management at the Sheraton Key West for their superb hospitality.  Key West weddings are always awesome!!
