Wedding Reception at the Sonesta Hotel / Fort Lauderdale Beach
On Saturday April 9th I had the pleasure to play for Trey and Clarissa’s wedding celebration at the Sonesta Hotel on Fort Lauderdale beach along with 59 of their closest friends and family. As guests were invited to the main ballroom overlooking the ocean with glowing pink LED up lighting throughout the room provided by Eddie B & Company I played a mix of fun pop. During dinner I played a variety of Brazilian bossa nova, MPB and jazz. Cake cutting was to “Cake By The Ocean” by DNCE followed by parents of our bride giving a toast. Dance floor was opened to “Celebration” by Kool & The Gang from there on I played a variety of Motown, Classic Rock, Soca, Samba and Hip Hop. Last song of the evening was to “When I’m Sixty Four” by The Beatles. Eddie B & Company also provided a live guitarist for the ceremony and cocktail reception.
