I played at another excellent Wedding on Sunday 1/16/2011 at the Spanish River Library in Boca for Peter and Amanda Caravello. The ceremony started at 5 pm over looking a lake behind the library. Approximately 55 guests witnessed a special ceremony where the bride and groom memorized there vows to each other. After the ceremony everyone mingled and enjoyed cocktail hour. Peter and Liza decided that the intro, dances and toast would be performed right before dinner. They only wanted themselves to by presented to their guests then the first dance was "Come Away With Me" performed by the bride herself Liza. Liza provided a cd that had the first dance and the last dance for the evening that she recorded in a studio just for this special day. The parents dance was combined (he danced with his mom and she danced with her dad) to Unforgettable by Nat and Natalie Cole. The toasts were given by Her dad Bill Harper, Her brother William and the best man Julian. The blessing of the meal was given by Brother Cottington. There was no garter toss but the bride did do the bouquet toss. The cake was cut soon after and they all went back to dancing till the end. The last song was "Killing Me Softly" again performed by Liza but this time she took the mic and sung it live. Everyone gave her a standing ovation and the night ended the way Peter and Liza wanted. I have to give a special thanks to Peter and Amanda's parents for helping out and making this day extra special for the newlyweds.
