On 4/12/25 I was at The Venue in Ft. Lauderdale for Alex & Savannah's wedding. The Venue is a rented club for special occasions. I was set up in the DJ Boothe to plug into the house sound system, along with a light and sound technician. The cocktail hour was in a separate room with classic island tunes playing. The guests were invited into the reception room to be seated for the wedding introductions. Eddie B & Company supplied the open-air photo booth for all the guests to enjoy. I introduced the wedding party to "You Should be Dancing" by The Bee Gees. Alex & Savannah was introduced to "At Last" by Etta James. The first dance was after to "Until I Found You" by Stephen Sanchez. After a welcome speech and the blessing of the meal from Savannah's dad Joe, dinner was served. During dinner toasts took place along with the cutting of the cake. After dinner the parent's dances took place. Savannah danced with her dad to "Unforgettable" my Natalie & Nat King Cole. Alex danced with his mom to "You'll Be in my Heart" by Phil Collins. The lights turned into a club seen when the dance floor opened up for a great time. Classic disco, rock, hip hop, today's top 40 hits & Latin tunes rocked the guests till the end. Great time. Best Wishes to Alex & Savannah. Enjoy your honeymoon on your Mediterranean Cruise. Thank You DJ Roberto
