Zachary and Michelle Newman’s Wedding at the W Hotel in Ft. Lauderdale

Zachary and Michelle Newman’s wedding was held at the beautiful W Hotel in Ft. Lauderdale on June 9th. Many of their family members flew in from different parts of the country to watch the two get married at a beautiful altar in a room looking out to calm Ft. Lauderdale beach waters. I started things off with a mix of easy listening hits while guests began to arrive. Michelle walked down the aisle to Canon in D by Pachelbel. Once announced husband and wife the newlyweds celebrated to Crazy In Love by Beyonce as they walked back down the aisle together as the new Mr. and Mrs. Newman. After the ceremony I switched the music over to some tropical house in the Bungalow Lounge while the guests began to socialize for the cocktail hour. After some pictures it was time to introduce the bridal party and newlyweds. The room was well lit with Emerald Green LED up lights and LED dance floor lights provided by Eddie B & Company. I pumped up the crowd as I announced the new Mr. and Mrs. Newman as they walked in to Crazy In Love by Beyonce. The cheering continued as I invited them to the middle of the floor for their first dance. Michelle and Zachary embraced each other as I played Can’t Help Falling In Love by Elvis Presley. After the first dance, I invited Michelle’s parents to the dance floor as we did a combined dance where Zachary danced with Michelle’s mother, and Michele danced with her father. After the first dance I invited everyone back to their seats for dinner, champagne glasses were distributed among the guests as the Best Man, Maid of Honor and Michelle’s Parents gave a nice heartfelt speeches. Once the toasts were done and the guests finished their meals, I invited everyone up to the dance floor while I played some 80s Dance hits and Hip Hop favorites. A chair was pulled from a table close by and the dance floor was cleared. I asked Michelle to take a seat and Zachary prepared to retrieve the garter while Pony by Ginuwine was playing for everyone to enjoy. I lined up all the single men and Zachary gave a nice strong throw to his groomsmen behind him. It was the ladies turn as I turned up the volume for Single Ladies by Beyonce and invited the women to the dance floor while Michelle was getting ready to toss her bouquet. The rest of the night was a dance party! I played a mix of everything and the guests were invited to request songs to keep the party going. I closed everything out to Closing Time by Semisonic as we all sang along before ending the night. Congratulations to Michelle and Zachary Newman.
