Wedding Reception at the Waterstone Resort / Boca Raton

On Saturday, October 4th I had the pleasure to play for Bill and Allison’s wedding at the Waterstone Resort in Boca Raton. Brian our steel drummer played all the fun tropical hits during cocktail hour. Once cocktail hour concluded all guests were invited to reception, as guests walked into ballroom I played a mix of pop hits. The room was highlighted wiht Royal Blue LED up lights, flashing dance floor lights and a gobo with their initials provided by Eddie B & Company. Bridal party introduction was to “Bring’Em Out” by T.I, the new Mr. & Mrs. Galvin was introduced to “Feel So Close” by Calvin Harris. Their first dance was to “Weak” By SFW, followed by mother and son dance to “Wind Beneath My Wings” by Bette Midler. Speeches were by best man Wiles and maid of honor Erin. During dinner I played a mix of rat pack to set mood. After dinner cake cutting was to “Love and Marriage” by Frank Sinatra. Dance floor was opened to “We Are Family” by Sister sledge
and the party was on I played from 80’s, 90’s, old school hip hop, funk, dancehall, booty mix, top 40’s some more, the crowd energy level was very high and they danced for nearly three hours. Last song of the evening was to “One More Time” by Daft Punk.
